- Office Hours are officially from 8 :30 to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. Immediately before or after these hours you may be able to obtain service by dialing the appropriate extension number as indicated in our directory or by dialing ‘0’. If the staff member is not available you can leave a message to return your call.

| When the office is closed, during weekends, and on holidays, an emergency system is in place through our automated telephone network at local 400, which will direct you to leave your number. A designated technician will be contacted, and your call will be returned within 30 minutes. |

| For minor troubleshooting problems a recommendation will be forth coming almost immediately. For major problems, a written report/recommendation will be submitted to the customer within 24 hours along with troubleshooting procedures to correct the problem. |
| INOX-TECH engineers, technicians and work crews are experienced in travelling to customer sites to install, train, commission or service equipment if repairs/modifications are required. |

| Inox-Tech supplies a maintenance manual and recommended spare parts list with every process system that it sells. The company also keeps a large number of spare parts in inventory for overnight shipment in case of urgent need.
